Site FAQ

Why have you changed your web site?
Our web site is another important part of how we interact with our customers. We aim to provide quality, innovation and choice in everything we do. The previous incarnation of the web site was built in 2004 and we felt it was time for a fresh approach. With the changes in internet technologies we can now provide dynamic content such as large format video clips to enhance the visitor experience. We have redesigned intersurgical.com to make it an easy-to-use, well designed web site - we hope you like it.

How do I use the product search?
Our product search is located in the top right hand corner of the web site. It's a really useful way to navigate directly to the content you are interested in. Start typing a word and the search will immediately start listing results for you. You simply select the appropriate link which takes you directly to the page. This also works if you know the product code.
-
Some products don't show an image, why?
We have over 600 products so it's an ongoing task! We currently have images for about 400 products. Our ultimate goal is to have an image for every product. Many of the breathing systems are similar with only a change to the length of the system, so you can get a good idea of what the product looks like. You can contact us and we can arrange for you to try the product itself.
-
Do you provide product samples to evaluate?
Yes, there's a link to the enquiry form from every product window. We are happy to talk with you about your requirements.

Browser compatibility
We recognise that our visitors may have various operating systems and Internet browsers. Although we want every visitor to have the best possible experience on our website, we understand it is impossible to provide web pages that work identically, efficiently, and effectively with all browsers. We would, however, recommend that visitors use the latest version of their web browser get the best possible experience when using the Intersurgical web site.
