Clear-Flo® basic systems
ClearFlo systems have been designed for direct connection to the anaesthesia machine's common gas outlet and is suitable for use at low fresh gas flows. This can provide significant savings on anaesthetic agent and gases. It may be used for either spontaneously breathing patients or the bag may be removed and tubing attached to facilitate mechanical ventilation if required.

Clear-Flo® standard breathing systems with inner lumen
ClearFlo with the additional feature of an inner lumen in the inspiratory limb. This bypasses the soda lime canister and delivers the fresh gas before the inspiratory one-way valve at the Y-piece close to the patient. This feature significantly reduces the level of rebreathing and allows for rapid changes in the desired anaesthetic concentration within two to three breaths.
